Shepherd Historic and Sequoyah Neighborhoods submitted a grant to the Oklahoma City Community Foundation through the Annis Boys Trust to complete phase one of the Swatek Park Improvement Grant in July 2013 (see below).  As of September 9, 2013, our neighborhoods were granted funds to embark on our first phase of the improvement plan.
